Welcome to my blog! As a part of my PME 800 course, I will be completing an inquiry project based on a topic of my choice. Throughout my inquiry project, I will be posting updates on learning to this blog.  

The topic I have chosen to study is detailed below: 

By the end of this project, I would like to research and create a database of resources for 3 technology-based devices that students can use to increase their engagement in my seventh-grade English Language Arts classroom.   

At this time, the devices I have chosen to research are: 

• Robotics Kits 
• 3D Printers 
• Laser Cutters

Update on 07/21/2022:

Please note that my database for robotics kits has been posted to the blog. I will also be posting my database for 3D printers later this week.

At this time, I have decided to change my third device from laser cutters to Minecraft Education. It was difficult to find resources for laser cutters and ELA instruction, so I am hoping Minecraft Education will prove to be more fruitful.

My database for Minecraft Education should be posted in the next couple of weeks!
